Background Note
The inclusion of a Virgin Mary medal, commonly known as a Miraculous Medal, traces its origins to 1830 Paris, following visions reported by Saint Catherine Labouré. This specific medal, depicting the Virgin Mary, gained widespread popularity in the Catholic tradition for its symbolism of grace and protection. Incorporating such medals into decorative items like this cross allows for personal devotion and spiritual symbolism to be integrated into home decor.
