Potted Topsy Turvy Succulent
This live succulent features a rosette of pale silver-green, spoon-shaped leaves with inward-folding edges and recurved tips characteristic of the 'Topsy Turvy' variety. It is planted in a gritty potting mix inside a smooth pink glazed ceramic pot, designed with a functional drainage hole and a matching built-in saucer base.
Background Note
Echeveria runyonii 'Topsy Turvy' originated as a spontaneous mutation of the Mexican native species Echeveria runyonii, discovered in cultivation in California. Unlike traditional flat-leaved rosettes, its fleshy foliage folds lengthwise down the center and arches outward, creating an unusual ruffled, star-like silhouette.
