Background Note
Multi-compartment glass relish platters were popular mid-20th-century entertaining accessories designed to present various hors d'oeuvres, pickles, olives, and candies in a single dish. Press-molded patterned glass was widely produced across North America during this era, blending functional table organization with intricate decorative motifs. Floral patterns, particularly traditional rose designs, were among the most enduring styles created for family dining and holiday entertaining.
